    Health benefits of Pineapple

    • Pineapples are loaded with vitamins A, K, calcium, phosphorus, and zinc.
    • They are rich in disease-fighting antioxidants, which help the immune system.
    • Great aid in digestion because it contains bromelain, a digestive enzyme.
    • Helps ease the symptoms of arthritis

    Tips & Variations:

    • Using coconut milk for this recipe makes it extra creamy, but if you do not have it, you can use your favorite plant-based milk.
    • You can add a bit of organic honey if you love an extra sweet smoothie but for my taste, the ripe bananas bring out the perfect natural sweetness.
    • If you do not have watermelon balls for the garnishing, you can replace them with other fruits like kiwi, strawberries, or blueberries.
